Scotty Rushing has over 31 years of experience in the study of psychic phenomena. His research has encompassed a wide range of subjects such as telepathy, telekinesis, the paranormal, and most recently hypnosis. Scotty Rushing is a certified clinical hypnotherapist with a private practice in Louisiana that assists individuals with smoking cessation, weight loss, overcoming phobias, and a variety of other challenges.

Scotty believes that in most cases psychic phenomena is simply science that we do not yet understand. He believes that each of us possesses unlimited potential to accomplish amazing things when we awaken to the possibilities of the human mind.

Scotty is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology.

 A Deliberate Philosophy

One of the greatest things I have ever read was written by Henry David Thoreau in his classic work, Walden. It has become something of a mantra for me as I’ve grown older. Thoreau writes:

I am convinced of no greater fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate himself by a conscious endeavor.

These words perfectly express my own philosophy. I believe that every man has the unlimited potential to elevate his life to whatever degree he chooses. He has an inherent right to do that. More importantly, it is his responsibility. The philosophy that guides my life is one of deliberate intent to elevate myself in order to better serve others.
